No account and no sign-in are needed: every tool is read-only and answers from public listing, sales and city permit data. Platform partners can be issued a key (sent as Authorization: Bearer) for their own rate-limit allowance. Without a key, requests are limited to 300 per hour per IP address.

The connector reads; it never writes, and it needs no account, name or contact details. It returns listing facts, sales, market statistics and city permit records. It never returns agent contact details, MLS agent-only remarks, or listing photos (those stay on askvetta.app). What you ask (an address, a city, or the income and debt figures the affordability tool uses) is used to answer you and appears in short-lived operational logs; we also count which tools are used, and use your IP address for rate limiting.
